🕘 Operating Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
🍎 Drop-off & Pick-up Times: Drop-off: 7:45 AM – 9:30 AM | Pick-up: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Can vary with scheduled appointments - we work with you)
🎨 Daily Activities: Structured learning, playtime, meals, and rest

Discrimination Policy
Discovery Child Care (DCC) is recognized under state and federal law as a place of public accommodation. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. DCC does not engage in discriminatory practices in employment, client services, or child care based on race, color, creed, ethnicity, national origin, gender, marital status, veteran status, socio-economic background, sexual orientation, age, religion, physical or mental abilities, use of a trained service animal, or communication and learning styles.
DCC fully complies with the Washington Law Against Discrimination and the Americans with Disabilities Act (Chapter 49.60 RCW).
Anti-Bullying Policy
At Discovery Child Care, we believe that every child has the right to a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. We are committed to maintaining a space where all children feel secure, respected, and valued.
Bullying, harassment, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to physical aggression (such as hitting or shoving), verbal abuse (such as teasing or name calling), and social exclusion or manipulation.
All children are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect. Children are encouraged to report any incidents of bullying immediately to a provider or designated staff member. Our team is trained to take prompt and appropriate action when concerns are raised and will intervene when it is safe to do so. Each report will be investigated thoroughly and handled with confidentiality and care.
Any child found to be engaging in bullying behavior may face disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from the program.
If a child or their parent or guardian feels a bullying concern was not appropriately resolved, they are encouraged to contact the DCC owner directly. Retaliation against any individual who makes or participates in a complaint is strictly prohibited.
